A. We accept irregular use. However, we give priority to the schedules of our regular customers, so we may ask you to adjust your schedule.

A. We provide services on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, with the exception of the year-end and New Year holidays.

A. We will provide services when we can arrange for staff to respond to your request.

A. The time of use depends on the contents of your request, the condition of your home (size, number of family members), and the frequency of use.
Our coordinator will make a proposal and discuss it with you before making a decision.

A. In principle, transportation is included in the fee.

However, if transportation costs are high due to bus connections, etc., or if transportation costs are incurred for shopping, etc., the actual costs will be billed.

A. For housekeeping services, we will use tools and detergents available at home (electricity, gas, and water).

A. It is possible to prepare meals and snacks for children.

If the parent/guardian returns by the end of the service, the service will be provided even if only the child (elementary school age or older) is home.

A. We verify the identity of the applicant based on an identification card (with photo) issued by a public institution and require the applicant to provide a guarantee of identity and all necessary documents regarding important matters (emergency contact information, nondisclosure agreement).

A. We hire not only on the basis of work experience and domestic work history, but also on the basis of a sense of responsibility and hospitality mindset.

A. We have a wide range of both Japanese and non-Japanese employees, including those who like housework, guest room cleaners at hotels, and those from nursing care-related backgrounds.

A. When providing services, we do not enter rooms other than the one in which the work is to be performed, nor do we touch drawers or other storage areas.

If you will be handling paintings, ceramics or antiques, please inform the coordinator in charge in advance.

We also request that you keep valuables such as cash, precious metals, mail, documents containing personal information, and other important documents in a place that is difficult to reach or see.
If you have any items other than those listed above that require special care or should not be touched by housekeepers, please let the coordinator in charge know in advance.
