[Requested deep cleaning and inspection of 4 wall-mounted air conditioners (2nd & 3rd floor) before heavy use; requested no entry to 1st-floor living room]

As a repeat client, no quotation was needed. However, 3 of the 4 units had built-in self-cleaning features, so an additional charge (¥10,000x 3units) applied. The work required one staff member for approximately 8 hours, so we collected the house key in advance and performed the service while the clients were away on a weekday, without entering the 1st-floor living room.

Apartment owner (vacant 2LDK / 80㎡)

Focused on areas that retain signs of use — kitchen, bathroom, washroom, and toilet — as well as floor and fixture cleaning and dusting. A full 8-hour total house cleaning was completed. The owner plans to schedule deep cleaning of the air conditioner and range hood before the next tenant moves in. Parking was arranged at a nearby coin lot, with a ¥2,000 fee paid by the customer.

We provided 4 hours of pre-move organizing consultation and storage tool coordination; 4 hours of unpacking and storage setup in the new home.

Plus 3 hours of housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, tidying, etc.).

As a result, the family was able to settle in and resume normal daily life immediately after moving day.
