A. We accept irregular use. However, we give priority to the schedules of our regular customers, so we may ask you to adjust your schedule.
A. Although it depends on traffic, we estimate 5 business days for first-time customers.
A. The time of use depends on the contents of your request, the condition of your home (size, number of family members), and the frequency of use.
Our coordinator will make a proposal and discuss it with you before making a decision.
A. In principle, transportation is included in the fee.
However, if transportation costs are high due to bus connections, etc., or if transportation costs are incurred for shopping, etc., the actual costs will be billed.
A. We will introduce you to the appropriate staff based on your schedule, address, and suitability for your request.
We will be happy to refer you to our partners upon request.
If the parent/guardian returns by the end of the service, the service will be provided even if only the child (elementary school age or older) is home.
However, we do not accept any requests for professional care of children, including pick-up and drop-off.
