A. We mainly receive requests from residents of both condominiums and houses.

We also receive requests from owners and management companies of rental units for pre- and post-move-out cleaning, as well as requests for cleaning of offices and stores.

A. We receive many requests for internal cleaning of air conditioners and cleaning of the water area.

Cancellation from 2 business days prior to service to 6:00 p.m. one day prior to service: 7,500 yen
Cancellation after 6:00 p.m. on the business day prior to service: 100% of the scheduled service amount

If you cancel your service after your visit without notifying us, or if you are not at home.
100% of the scheduled service amount will be charged.
Please contact us by 6:00 p.m. two days prior to the service date to reschedule. We will reschedule at no charge.

A. We may not be able to visit if transportation is difficult due to a typhoon or heavy snowfall.
Please note that we will adjust the schedule in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

A. Since the work time varies depending on the service, we will inform you of the estimated time in advance.

A. We will accept additional requests as long as the customer's schedule can be adjusted before and after.

A. If you are using our service for the first time, please be present at the beginning and end of the service to confirm the service contents.

A. Our staff will move your luggage, etc. on the day of the event. Please note that large furniture and other items may not be moved.

A. On the day of service, we will visit with a work vehicle (light vehicle to one-box vehicle). We ask our customers to reserve a parking space.
If parking is not available, please bear the cost of parking (actual cost).

In some cases, staff from affiliated (outsourced) companies may visit the site.
