A. We may not be able to visit if transportation is difficult due to a typhoon or heavy snowfall.

A. On the day of service, we will visit with a work vehicle (light vehicle to one-box vehicle). We ask our customers to reserve a parking space.
If parking is not available, please bear the cost of parking (actual cost).

A. Our staff consists mainly of personnel who have attended our training courses and those who have experience at other companies in the industry.
In some cases, staff from affiliated (outsourced) companies may visit the site.

A. It depends on the service, but usually 1 to 3 people will provide service.

A. Please inform your coordinator in advance if you will be handling paintings, ceramics, or antiques in order to ensure the safety of our services.

We also request that you keep valuables such as cash, precious metals, mail, documents containing personal information, and other important documents in a place that is difficult to reach or see.

You can also rely on us to make monthly payments for utilities, management fees, and reserve funds for repairs on your behalf, as well as for simple cleaning, ventilation, and water supply work in the rooms, and facility inspections.

Residence Plus Service

As a one-stop shop for your residence, we will introduce you to reliable and expert partners that we work with for consultation and problems not only in room management, but also in cleaning, maintenance, and repair of the entire building and common areas, as well as support for management association operations for condominiums.
